DIY Tip: How to remove old photos from a sticky album. Step 1: Remove any clear protectors from the album page. Step 2: Aim a hair dryer a few inches away from the edge of the image or on the back side of the album page if possible. Blow dry on low setting for 30-45 seconds. (Do not point high heat directly at the photo). Step 3: Slowly and carefully peel off the photo from the page. Step 4: Still sticky? Use dental floss to loosen the image by pulling the floss back and forth under the photo. Once your photos are free - don't bury them in another album! We can help! Have them scanned to digital format so they are protected from environmental damage and are easy to share with others!

Perhaps you're familiar with some of the basic operations, like switching between the camera and video modes, or turning your flash on and off. But did you know that your camera likely has some scene modes, too? Or panorama, HDR and other high-tech features? Don't be afraid to tinker with your iPhone or Android camera. It has plenty of memory for photos, so you can play with the different features, effects and settings and snap lots of photos and if you’ve got a newer model smartphone, chances are - it's jam packed full of features for you to discover. Soon, you'll know your way around the camera software like its second nature. And that's exactly what it should become - you don't want to miss any moments because you're busy fumbling with your camera's settings.
